OK, I need to do this. I have purchased tools to count calories such as packaged, single serving meals, snacks, and bottled water. This way I can easily record and track daily calories.

I'm ALIVE!!!!! I haven't been on the site for awhile as I have been so sick so I apologize to myself. However, as sick as I was, a did my best to stay on track with my diet. It was very hard to drink anything as my throat was so sore but I did my best with, water, coffee, tea, anything warm. I stuck to proteins and very little carbs. Even though I'm sure it is because I was sick I don't care! I'm down to 176! Yeah!!!!! I am going to start out on track today but take it slow. Have to work so I'll be packing a lunch and no snacking. I'll shop tonight and I have planned ahead by making a grocery list from a low carb cookbook. Lots of yummy stuff! Well I'm going to sip some hot coffee to start the day!

Well mid-day and I'm not real hungry or thirsty. I washed the kitchen floor as it was dirty and doing a little laundry. Nothing to stenuous as I still feel weak. Had a few egg whites for lunch and thinking about burgers for dinner, no bun of course!
