8:15 bg 91.I didn't eat anything after supper.
Tried to go to sleep by 12 am.
I think I need to take Trazodone earlier in the evening. Not sure when I got to sleep, but it was after 2:30 am, so maybe 5.5 hrs sleep. I have to work out a way to not nap during the day. I have lots of projects to do.
When I did get up I had severe cramp in my l outer calf.
Breakfast was late 9:30. Last night I researched diet for low thyroid - looks like gluten-free Paleo -so I have the shopping lists and meal plans for that already. It may not be "pure" paleo, but I think it will work well. I have a few foods to eat up over the next 3 weeks - going slow, so I'm doing 1 serving of the desserts I have here - I may still lose pounds.

I was out of the apt for many hours and did a lot of walking outside and inside stores.
I took the Trazodone 50 mg - Got to sleep about 11 pm. slept overnight until 7 am. I feel just a bit groggy, but not bad. BG 110.
Breakfast 7:30 am Lunch 11:30 am. No time for snacks.
I set up the 4 20 oz thermoses. by 11:45 I have taken in 40 oz h2o.
I need more protein the rest of the day 2 Milk thistle caps to prevent liver problems from the Crestor.
The tinnitus is really shrill today, I have a frontal headache - I took 1 Aleve, but it's not getting this headache.
I put on a YouTube music and hypnosis for help with the headache and tinnitus - 45 minutes - a nice down- time, but it rolled over and 2 hours later I was still on the couch. I
I need more protein today - so I will have fewer carbs. I need to get some sliced cheese - that will help me I like using deli counters - I'm single, so I only get what I need - what I can eat in the next 2 weeks, like 1/4 lb of different kinds.
I'm finishing up the ribs I got post Mother's Day - I don't shop etc on Sundays. I have to find something to have to increase the day's protein - Chicken salad w walnuts - 3/4 cup would do it. I am high on fats today instead of high on carbs.
The exercise under yard work - was actually repotting plants and setting up a watering area on the patio. So I don't think the exercise calories are right.
7:30 - officially evening - I need the 30 min walk still and carry 20 oz water to drink with me. I will take my evening meds now -
8:20 I did an indoor walk with the Denise Austin Fat Burning Walk - I did it half-time for most of it 0 so I figure 2,100 steps - I like it that the legs and arms go in more directions than just forward - I got sweaty, when my back and calves hurt - I modified. There also is a 10 min ab slimmer - so I may add that tomorrow as long as I don't have to get on the floor.
It feels like a good workout - involving more muscles at higher intensity and range of motion than I usually do - a keeper.
No way to add it to my exercise total - I don't know how to compute how many kcals I used. I will try doing the walking, even though there was a lot more movements than that.

4:30 am - I'm still awake. I missed my meds and supplements at supper - I forgot to take them with me when I was out of the apt yesterday.
11:10 - woke u p 6.0 hrs of sleep - cats needed things done, so maybe not that much.
bg 88. Drs appt today 12:45, so I have to get on the stick.
Dr. is increasing the Trazodone to 50 mg hs. Blood glucose is tending to be within the normal range.
I've walked a lot today - I'm not sure I'm putting in all the activities I do. I got some organic gardening soil - I need to thin out and reset the vegetables tomorrow and Thursday.
I found out I only need to see the podiatrist 1or 2 times a year.so I can try doing my own toes - better than $45/mo.
I'm sleepy now. Good night all.
