It's 8 pm, I didn't eat breakfast or lunch so I'd better get a meal going for me. I have some hamburger patties and some side vegetables ready to eat.
I had a bunch of mini candy bars though - at least they stayed down.
I'm headachy now - not enough water, so I will get more of that in at supper.

I tried to eat a slice of sausage, pepper and onion pizza - it just didn't taste right so after 3 bites I'm tossing it.
I will see if a Nature's Plus Fruitein shake goes down ok.- orange banana flavor in 16 oz water.
2 hours later and I'm still nauseous. Can't finish breakfast - I've been at the computer for 2 hours, so time to find something else to do.

Got 6 hours of sleep -woke up 6:30 am
I did some cleaning of stinky areas - litter boxes, a couple places that the young tom sprayed - gotta get the boy to the vet as soon as I have funds again. And the garbage cleaned out - I needed to change the baking soda more frequently and maybe put onion cuttings in the disposal.
I sprayed Febreze on the furniture and drapery. I'm not sure if that was the issue or if taking my supplements without food was the problem, but I vomited them up. I'm going to rest awhile before I eat breakfast.

I went over my alloted calories by 799 calories.
With the fibro, I do some work and then sit or lie down so I'm not sore if I'm recording activity levels correctly.
So they do count cleaning - housework - I didn't yet see pet care there.

Ate lunch late. I was at the computer during the times my food was cooking - I fixed some deserts: apple crisp and strawberry shortcake to use up the fruit - finally.
I left the peel on the apples for more fiber.
I think I want to cunt fiber because optimal intake will help to balance cholesterol levels.
Since it's only about 2:20 pm, I want to get into the patio gardening after I clean up the kitchen.
