I am bloating from Pms and I drank a few bottles of diet mt dew. HOpefully next week I will go down some though.

So I am 1 wk post hemrrhoid surgery. Feeling a bit better, tired and not really wanting to eat much.
I don't think I am going to be able to start working out again until next week sometime, which makes me upset to put a hault on my weight loss, but i know if i keep watch of what i am eating i should be ok.
Take it day by day. It is a life long journey, not a sprint!!

Even with everything that i went through this week and only eating right with no exercising.. I lost 1 pound. 1 pound closer to my goal!!

I am feeling a lot better today. I have one more day to rest up before I head back to work. Drinking lots of water to day hoping that will gets things moving in my system. Not sure If i will be back to working out on Friday, but I am hoping to at least be on my treadmill on Friday.
