WOOT!!!! I thought the scale was lying to me so I tried every scale in the gym. Then one of the trainers told me they had just had them calibrated so it's for sure spot on. :D New goal 25lbs. Yay me.

303! Yay the new plan seems to be working. Only another 3lbs to my first goal. :)

I met with the trainer for my 3 week check up today. We talked about what is wrong and why I'm not really losing weight. I actually started this at 315lbs, but I have been stuck at 304-307 for the last month. He knows I'm not slacking on the workout and also not cheating on the diet. His theory is that my body isn't actually burning as many calories during down time as the average.

So, we have a new plan. Going forward we are lowering my RDI from 2200 to 1800 and on the days that I do anaerobic I will come back to the gym in the evening and do 30min of cardio. Plus he's raising my off day cardio workouts from 20min to 30-60min.

Hopefull I can get off this hump and back to losing, in the right way. :)
