im sick :( and have been for the past 3 days.

this weekend was pretty hard. i worked all weekend because it was graduation and we were BUSY. i didn't gain any weight, which is good seeing how saturday i was a very very bad girl and ate A LOT of cheesecake. Sunday i ate my packed lunch and dinner.

so. im still at 154.5 pounds, a little annoyed because i know i would be down if i would of just stayed on my diet on saturday. oh well. By saturday i will be 152 pounds!

im going to make sure that i get enough protein today!!

my goal by june 1st is to be 149 pounds. Last time i was in the fourties was 6 or 7 years ago. I can do this, i can do this!!!

hmm if i didn't eat that cheesecake last night i might of been at 154 pounds today....
lol

My goal for next saturday is to be 152. i hope i can do it!
