New mom
Hello
I'm also a new mom. I have two kids, one 3 1/2 and one 1 1/2. I kept 10 lbs from the first pregnancy and another 10 from the second. As a result, my weight is now 150 and used to be 130. I decided to try the abs diet because it's the only one that makes any sense to me. I've tried many others that I consider to be a bit drastic and they never work for me. I'm committed to trimming down and hope the Abs Diet will get me there.
Looking for support, ideas, encouragement, and other people who are in the same boat
