I have a desk job 8-10 hours a day 5-6 days a week, work from home, have fibromyalgia and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. My lifestyle is low active though I do have a workout routine and I do try to get up and move around and do things besides just sit when I am not working. I am trying to be mindful of my weight and to be healthier. I put on weight after quitting smoking and now I am trying to gradually lose it.
