I am a happily married grandmother of three beautiful little girls and two handsome boys all under the age of six. I have a very busy life with work, home, and baby sitting my grands. My weight has been my biggest challenge most of my adult life. At one point, I was able to take control of my life and I lost to a healthy weight. I maintained that healthy weight for about 10 years, but after my total hysterectomy the weight came back quickly. So here I am, working on a healthier me.
