Well went for a nice day to Larch Mountain...hiked with Hubby and little 1. Then we went to the Sandy River for some lunch and wading in the cool water time...now it's time for a scary movie!

Well I just updated my bio with all my new goals and I kept them reasonable I think. I am secretly hoping for more initial loss than what I set as a goal...like perhaps 220 by the end of September? Please?
Oh well as long as it keeps coming off...it sure is easier to put on :)
I was given a free extension of 2 months t my gym membership, so I'm pretty jazzed that I can still do Zumba at least until October anyway.
So that's pretty much it for now...I've lost 8 lbs since the 18th when I really got back into the swing of things. That's a start!
