i am so happy to be losing his weight. it seems to be slowing down a little now but i havent been able to go to the gym lately. i dont drive because of my epilepsy. so m roommates have been out of town for the last 4 weeks so i had to freeze my membership but i am feeling alot better so i am going to start on the tread mill back at home so i am hoping to get back to losing the weight on schedule. i love the fall and i feel better in the fall-guess thats kind of a reverse of most people but i feel energized in the fall the cool weather and all. i love it. am going to my daughters homecoming game this friday night-there is just so many activities to do so that perks me up a little and i feel energized so i want to get out and burn some of this energy off. i am hoping by the end of this month i have shed the pounds that i should have already shed. keep smiling and working out

i am so happy that the weight is coming off. i am sticking to my diet. i drink a protein shake in the morning every day. i have found that if i just drink it as soon as i get up which i very early. between 4 am and 5 i usually dont want anything else until between 10 am and 11 and usually i eat a protein bar for my lunch and then i eat a sensible dinner. i do drink water all day and it seems to be working. so the weight is coming off and i cant complain.

wow i dont know what is going on. but i weight in just now and i am down to 181. i am so excited. i even got back into my old jeans. woohoo go me!!!!!!
