OK, now that the vacation weigh is back off, it's time to focus on the task at hand. Time to attack this weight from a different outlook. Need to focus.

Well back from vacation, and just as I suspected, a weight gain. My own fault, didn't watch my points and didn't even keep track of what I was eating. Of course I ate poorly. Time to get back on track.

I am kinda depressed at not seeing the scale move. I worked at it very hard. Need to look back at my journal to see where I could of gone wrong. Just a little set back, not going to let that stop me. I am leaving for 9 days for vacation soon, and I am expecting to not do well for that week, so I won't set my hopes up for next week weigh in. Actually, I will not be around for next week's weigh in, it will be two weeks before I will be able to know how much the vacation has sabotaged my efforts so far. Will try my best to follow the WW diet, but it will be hard.

Well from the looks of it, I guess I did well. I tried hard to follow the diet, and wrote everything down. And ofcourse there were some cheats in there. I actually am doing well, and all I have to do is cheat less. LOL Everyone hopes for a big lost, it's what motivates us. But I will take the small losses, they add up in the end.
So YEAH! for me.

YIPEE!!!!
So glad to see that scale move and down too!
It was tough, and I made myself record everything that went into my mouth no matter if it was a taste, bite or even a little lick. I hope I can continue doing good.
