Broke my ankle, had surgery a year from the day, and now I'm recovering from pneumonia. I'm fat and sick of being 20 pounds overweight.
I'm going to try the intermittent fasting two days a week while sticking to my Paleo-ish lifestyle. Here we go again.

In L.A. visiting the dotter. 1st day was healthy. Yesterday waffles and pizza. A ton of walking, which I know doesn't completely cancel out waffles, but more today.
looking for a green juice today and trader joe's almonds because it's family dinner night at my aunt's and that's always food food food

Day one planning calories out before hand worked fabulously today. It was eye opening and helped me make better decisions.
Tomorrow is a a work day. I'll make some plans early and see how it goes.
