breafkast and snack = 16pts
Freakin tuna bumped me up! ugh, after the last two nights eating super high point dinners i need to have a light lunch and dinner tonight.

I've had some ups and downs since last weigh in but i get back on track right away and the WW is definitely working. So I'm happy about staying steady but do expect by the end of the week to be down another pound hopefulyl two.
BF and snacks - 6 pts.
Lunch - 11
Dinner - 17
total = 32 pts

Damn, 9pt breakfast, plus 2 pt snack. Salad for lunch i think.

Yesterday i think i was close to 25 or more again. But again still an improvement and was able to maintain my weight.
Breakfast today - 3 pts
Lunch - 6pts until the empanada from taco bell, now 13 pts... crap 4 points left for the day.
