Damn Good Breakfast Burrito
British Columbia, eh? That's a long journey, brother! Regrettably, tomorrow will probably be yogurt and juice 'cause today I left enough calorie room for 405 calories of Gekkeikan sake.
I should also be walking tomorrow!

Damn Good Breakfast Burrito
1 flatbread 90 cal.
1 jalapeno 4 cal.
2 eggs, scrambled 199 cal.
53g white onion 21 cal.
63g fresh spinach leaves 14 cal.
1/4 cup Feta cheese 70 cal.
398 calories total
Dice up jalapeno and onion into itty-bitty pieces and brown 'em up in a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat. (no oils are used). When they are brown, add clean and rinsed and shredded spinach leaves, cook until leaves are dark green and beginning to soften up; Crack eggs into mixture and scramble them together until eggs are cooked thoroughly. Put the whole mess on a low calorie, low carb, high fiber flatbread and sprinkle on the feta cheese. Roll up tight, shovel into pie-hole!

My reply to Frosty Heimdall, copied here in the off chance it may be helpful to someone!
Hey Frosty! I actually have lost 20 lbs., but I didn't start keeping records until 236 lbs., so it may be a bit more... Hit 217-point-something the other day, so estimating twenty 'cause it feels good! Not doing anything special, I call it the Mark Watney Diet (from David Weir's the Martian book/movie). Watney survived on Mars at 1500 calories a day, doing lots of physical labor... I figured out with minimal research that I burn 2108 calories per day if I lay perfectly still in bed, so keeping my intake at 1500 creates the deficit needed to burn calories. I don't go hungry, that's terrible because the human body will hold on to fat like it's money if it thinks it's starving. I do a cheat day every couple of weeks at Fuddrucker's or Chuy's... Now that it's New Years I'm building up momentum to start walking regularly. Sometimes I even eat a 4 oz. serving of Ben & Jerry's just as long as I don't go over my calorie line! Seems like I eat constantly.
