I am 42 and work at a university. I am currently working on my PhD.
I had used this site and Atkins to lose weight prior to my wedding. I have gained back the weight I lost, so I am starting the process again. I need to find what will continue to work for me.
I know I need to focus on myself during this process. I have to take the time to plan and record what I eat. My work, kids, and writing my dissertation keep me very busy, and it is too easy to get lost in that. I hope to follow through with my weight loss plan. I also hope to utilize the support of other group members. I hope I can help support others in their journey, too.
