I had a good week. I'm happy that I am back on track to making some positive progress.
We're going to visit my mom this weekend, so I will have to do some grocery shopping and planning. If I could do it on vacation, I can do it for a weekend visit!

I'm not sure how it happened, but I'm not in ketosis anymore. No idea what I did. Maybe too much protein? I've seen conflicting information about whether too much protein can kick you out of ketosis or not.
This may be strange, but sometimes I find it hard to get enough fat with what I eat. Green olives are my go to, and I do check to make sure nothing has been added to them. Back to the books and keto suggestion boards!

I had a small loss after this week. I'm not quite sure what happened. I'll have to re-evaluate what I've been doing.
