Went to the gym bright and early this morning. Got in a very good workout, and am now feeling upbeat and eager for the rest of my day.
Weighed in with my trainer and took measurements....and all is looking well. I'm so glad that I'm back on the right track!

Another day, another calorie count. I've made it half way through the day, and have used less than half my daily calorie allowance. I think I will survive. How I envy that little engine! I've got to remember that it's all in your mind!

It's been a very long roller-coaster ride. I've been going to the gym on a regular basis for four months now. I am in the same weight, measurement, and body fat percentage range, so I am beginning to worry. However, my strength and ability has drastically improved. So, I guess I can't be THAT upset or disappointed.
I'm now scrutinizing my diet even further. I try to eat organic when I can, have cut out a lot of bad things, and am doing my best to stay away from pop.....even Coke Zero.
Here goes another shot.
