hey! ok, so I was using the FS app just counting calories, but I decided to give one of the meal plans a try... I decided to try out the high-protein, low-carb one. Are you guys using any of these plans? Which one do you feel works the best? I'm feeling a little lost!

why does the scale always go up when I start working out? I feel like my muscles are all swollen and retaining water.. is that true?
