Wondering what they mean???
Thinking green is optimum...does that mean blue is not good?
Thanks for any insight.

Emotional eaters - and resulting yo-yo weight?
Hi All, thanks for your messages. I am amazed and impressed with how honest and forthright you all are. What a fine bunch of ladies! You all seem so knowledgeable about the journey and I'm so thankful for you. I've made (at least i think I did!) my weigh ins public so you can see exactly what I'm talking about with respect to the weight loss/gain I've experienced in the last few years. I DO NOT want to go through this again...thank God I'm 'back on track'. Happy Friday, everyone!

Emotional eaters - and resulting yo-yo weight?
Wow. Way to be tuned in to your emotions! I know that feeling so well, and what I try to do is figure out WHY. Recognizing the reason(s) for why you are obsessing over "it", whatever the 'it" is, and naming it (I'm nervous, mad, anxious, bored) is half the battle. The other half is figuring out what you can do instead. In your case it was to get a brow wax. That's seriously a big deal, and I hope you give yourself a pat on the back! Good for you!

Emotional eaters - and resulting yo-yo weight?
Hi, I would consider myself a human yo-yo. HUGE fluctuations in my weight, depending on my emotions, throughout the majority of my life. Turning 50 this year and OVER it. The time is now to embrace my emotions for what they are and not cram them down with food. Would love the support of others out there who struggle with the same unhealthy relationship with food...one day at a time, yes?
