i have been a memeber of ww doe 6 years.maintainning for 4 1/2 years.i had a drs goal but now pretty close to ww goal.i would like to get to 148 ww goal.i dont want to lose any more. i amm married 68 years young .wear a size 10 from a 22.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
hi, i weigh myself every day. it keeps me on track. i have been maintainning for 5 years now. when i was losing i would 2x a week. i know my weigh goes between 148-150 so i am not upset if it goes up . that isnormal for me. good luck everyone an yaaaaaa for ww.
