Stayed the same this week ,today had call from hospital,putting me on waiting list to have gallbladder removed with in 4/8 weeks 😬I know it has to be done but it will be first operation in 66 yrs

Hi FS Friends I had a complete cheat day yesterday family popped in for lunch and we had lots of nice different fresh breads from tescos with butter and cheeses and crisp and red velvet cake .It was delicious and what I’d been craving,so this is probably due to weight gain this week,only myself to blame ,tut tut
