I am 46 and mother of 4 ages 18-4. I am 5 feet tall and can hold the weight. I am motivated I want to get to 140. I am currently at 167 or 165. I feel I have a long way to go. 10% of 167 is 17pounds(150).
Catholic, Pharmacist, enjoys zumba and cooking, and drinking coffee with friends. Overall a fun and happy life-just wish I would have some self control as reguards to eating.

Why are walnuts so good for you?
I love walnuts and put in my oatmeal but they do have a lot of calories and not a lot of protein for the caloris. I hear they are so good for you. Anyone give me insight> I love tho snack on them but I know it has to be limited. Please anyone give me som info!~

Does anyone have any input on coffee and if 3 cups a day is not good for your diet,etc.?
