Just going to make a habit of doing this everyday. I don't hate the number on the scale anymore, and this is crazy because this is the heaviest I've been when I'm not pregnant. But the goal is not to shed as many lbs as I can because that never truly made me happy. I love being strong, being active, and feeling good and full of vitality more than anything else. I enjoy taking my time eating, savoring, and nourishing my body, now I'm just relearning how to care for my body best by giving it everything it needs. Nutrients, movement, sunshine, and most important love lol. Anywhoooo, just my thoughts for today!

Weighed myself this morning sans water, food, and le clothes... and weighed 124.7. Weighed myself again after dog walking and drinking a shake... 128.7. Like fluctuations are crazy. Weighed myself just now under typical conditions and weight is the same as yesterday so that's good.
How often do you weigh yourself? Everyday is probably a bit much for me.
