wellllll!
I'm super ecstatic! excited that from the VERY beginning (which i believe was june 28th) ive lost 9 pounds! nine whole pounds!
last night i went to a chinese buffet and had a total break down, started crying (my boyfriends my weight loss coach) He was totally trying to help me, and I kind of took it as a personal attack, I ended up eating - better than usual, but still poorly. crab rangoon, chow mein, egg roll, etc...
It just goes to prove this is a lifestyle change, and not a diet, things like this are going to happen but you have to roll with the punches and not let it discourage you, i got up today and had lost another pound.!

i messed up today. crap.
47 (27 over) fat grams today - still under my carbs by A LOT (58). I think I'm going to have a piece of toast and call it a day...

well well well, my first journal entry!
First of all, my name is
Jamie
, I'm 19 years young and have had a dramatic weight gain of about 60 pounds over the last 3 years.
I contribute my weight gain to a lot of things, bad eating habits mostly. We all blame it on numerous things, a bad relationship, birth control pills, inactivity.
I live a busy life style, my boyfriend now is my motivation. he lost 180 pounds in 6 months doing exactly what i'm following now - focusing on health rather than weight loss. (healthy people are not overweight, duh.)
Its time to hold myself accountable, though. and really focus on making a better me. in the last week ive lost
SEVEN
pounds - eating more than I ever have in my life - jump starting my metabolism - it IS complicated, and I'm not going to tell you it's super easy, but I'm more than happy to share my 'secrets' with anyone willing to hear them --
If you look through my weight loss calendar, you will see a lot of herbalife products - no, im not trying to sell anything, no - im not going to tell you YOU should take them - but it helps me hit my numbers for the day and well -- it works.
