I am a 26 year old from Indiana. I started in June 2010 weighing 186 pounds. I set small goals for myself that were easier to achieve then one big goal. I pushed myself and started looking at what I ate. I currently weight 163. My current mini goal is to weigh 155 by the end of April 2012. Then To weight 145 by my birthday in September. Then I will have reached my ultimate goal weight. :-)

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every morning before jumping in the shower but I record once a week. I like to see it every day so that I can stop it if after a couple days I tend to gain more pounds than normal. It helps me with my weightloss.

Detox with fruits and veggies
I was told by a yoga instructor to eat nothibg but apples for three days and it would detox and cleanse your system. I haven't tried it yet but she does it every so often.

Also on a side note. How did you get the weight track bar on your profiel? I cannot find how to set that up anywhere?!?
