Ok, for a whole host of reasons, not least of all my stomach, I find myself well and truly back on the wagon. Despite doing what I thought was 'ok', my weight and general health seems to be spiralling.
I remain determined. I have started a variety of new exercises, and I will do this.
I will.

Well Easter seems to have brought me not only eggs, but also a little luck. After following the Slimming World plan "poorly" for a week, I still manage to fudge my way in a pound lighter!
I don't necessarily recommend this as an effective diet, but I consider myself quite lucky to have come in lighter in spite of poor eating.
Doubtless that it's related to increased physical activity at work, it just goes to show; consume less calories than you burn and you will lose weight.
