lo carb, hi fat diet
lo carb-avoid sugar& flour,vegetables are free except potatoes,corn,beans avoid theese 3. hi fat- all fat is good except trans fat-avoid vegetable oils as they're ruined by hi heat processing. olive oil(evoo), coconut oil, avacado oil& peanut oil are good oils.eat 65% fat, 10% carbs, 25% protein. avoid all sugar and sweetners as they cause insulin rush except stevia, monk fruit.
