I had to jump out of my truck and take a picture of the morning mist being vanquished by the morning star! down to 175.2 and dropping. I guess 169lbs. is an acheivable dream right?!

Cod liver oil unplugged me gut somehow and I feel so much better today! I didn't mean to lose a pound as I am in temporary maintenance, but yesterday I weigh 182 and I knew something was wrong. I tried fiber and when it only partially worked, I went for the old school remedy. 15 militers of cod liver oil! It was so thick, I had to kinda chew the liquid and make it thinner before I could digest it, but it was mostly flavorless and quite a different experience! My new go to laxative if I get tired up for sure. I should have read un it, but it was bad! Anyways, I'm back on track and hope every has a wonderful day! Mellisa, Shirfleur, Erquiga, Miraculum, Liv, Diablo, Velvetee, Rosio, Adswebserver, John, Aboutmytribe, Moopie123, and I cant type all your names but have a great week!

So, I am feeling better now. No more tuna in my diet, at least the really cheap tuna. down to 176.2 lbs. and trying to maintain this weight for a little, then drop down to 170 ish. I am trying to allow my body time to rebound, as I was 230lbs before.

So, I think I found a way to gracefully get down to 169 lbs.
What I am doing is eating alot of tuna to keep me full! Now, Tuna is great with chopped onions, chopped Clausen half spears, and low sodium mustard. Yeah, I know that doesn't sound that great, but I am shedding these last few pounds without feeling hungry.
Tuna is low in calories. One can equals 100 calories so I literally make 2 sandwiches with 2 cans! That's 440 calories. the pickles and onions and low cal mustard keep me right at my goal calories of 500. I am going to see in these days to come if I actually lose weight as fast as I do with my ham sandwich diet, but the thing is that I am getting tired of ham! So, fellow FS inspirations, here goes something!

Well, there goes another pound! I am staying at a 1500 calorie meal plan until I get to 169 lbs. Thanks for all of your support FS members. If you are struggling with losing weight always remember, that the power is yours!
