Soooooo, I cut out Doritos and mayonaise and put ketchup and mustard in its place and lost more weight yippeeee! I have finally broke through the 180's and am now weighing 178.5! I feel great! I have been battling migranes but have recently started feeling better. I started weighing myself more often to curb myself from weight gains as I had a serious dilemna a ciuple weeks ago as some of you know. I tipped the scales at 195 for a while there. I have been fluctuating between 188 and 182 for the past week and made the meal change then. I'm seeing the benefits of it now. Pickles are my new snack instead of chips. I stopped the onions because I dont know exactly what caused the reoccurence of the migranes but so far so good. Glad to be back on here and hello FS friends! Follow me! It a ton of fun! 💛💛💛
