Hi everyone,
Yesterday I went to a health food store and spoke with a nutritonist and I am now taking a daily multivitamin to supplement my diet.
I also got a protein powder which is designed for women. I am going to take this after big workouts because I am finding the more I am working out the hungrier I am getting after my workouts. And the one I got is designed specific to women and comes in chocolate flavour!
Also my work clothes are starting to look so much better on me!
yay!!
I feel so full of energy!

Bought new scales on the weekend. So was able to accuratley record my weight. Bit disapointed with the results. But positive that I can improve.
