Darn...no change in weight, but I honestly believe it's because of all the weight training I'm doing. I feel so tight and I can see how my shoulders and back are changing. I know it's not because of eating wrong or not working out enough...I do 2 1 hour classes back to back and also some cardio on the elliptical when I go to the gym...I'm working my tail off so I'm not too upset about the number staying the same. I did the 24Lift class at 24 hour fitness on Saturday and let me just say how sore I am..."I am sore." Was that dramatic enough??? LOL I felt so good after that class and then I immediately did the yoga class and it really stretched me out...needless to say I was a limp noodle after doing both classes!! I love it though!!! I'm feeling really good about myself and what I've accomplished. I only have about 3 weeks left on the 3-month plan, but my hubby and I were talking about it yesterday and neither one of us wants to stop...I'm so happy we're doing this together. I won't be where I want to be after 3 months anyway, so we'll just keep going till we both get there.

I'm here at work on Memorial Day and it stinks...I hope everyone has fun for me today!!! Have a great day everbody!

P.S. I accidentally forgot to change the deal next to my weight...I'm following it 100% and not "Reasonably Well."

Hey hey! I went to the gym and did the treadmill and then went on to the pilates class...I love pilates, yoga and definitely the kickboxing. that'll be tomorrow!! My endurance with everything has gotten so much better...I feel like I really kick butt now! I'm the only one in the class that actually keeps up with the instructor...that makes me feel really good. Sometimes it even looks like I'm pushing harder than she is...that really really makes me feel good!! :)
Ok, this may be a little on the personal side, but I invite anyone to respond...so, when you're doing yoga, does anyone experience a little, what I like to call "air release" in the womanly area? Hee hee...it sounds funny just reading it. Anyway, I notice it trying to release when I am in downward facing dog and then lift one leg and swing it to a low lunge...please tell me I'm not the only one that has this problem!!! If anyone has any suggestions on how to control this, I would be forever indebted to you!!! It's just embarrassing b/c sometimes it's hard to keep it from making "noises."

Good morning to all my friends. I had a great weekend!! It was so pretty here...it made you want to be outside all day. I took yesterday off from work b/c I just wanted to enjoy one more day of pretty weather. Where I work, I don't even have windows so I can't enjoy even looking out the window. I have some really great workouts too. I did more kickboxing, spinning, and a lift class. Tonight I have spinning and pilates. I'm just so happy to be out of the 150's...it seems I was in that number forever!! I've been getting a lot of compliments here at work...people are telling me they really see a difference. That makes me feel so good!! My hubby is looking great too...I can't wait till we both reach our goals...we're going to celebrate big time!!!LOL

Hey hey everybody. Nothing much to report. Still eating right and working out. I did my spin class Monday night and had voice lessons last night so I couldn't work out. I have choir practice tonight, but I'll probably go straight to the gym after. I'm sure my hubby will meet me up there. I'd like to do the treadmill and elliptical...maybe sit in the dry sauna after. I'm ready for the weekend already. I have just one more day since I'm off on Fridays, so whoo hoo!! I booked our vacation this morning to go to S. Padre Island. We were going to St. Croix, V.I. but with all the problems his mom and grandfather are having, I figured it be best we stuck closer to home. At this point, I don't care where we go as long as we go somewhere!!! I'll be weighing on Saturday morning, so I'll let y'all know what the results are on Monday!!

Good morning all!!
I did my measurements Saturday and I've another 1/2 inch-1 inch all over my body. I am so excited!! We were told my Shaun Kelley, the guy who's training us, that we are supposed to have one "cheat" meal every 30 days...not one cheat day...meal!! Of course, he didn't tell us that in the beginning!! So, we decided to use that meal as lunch yesterday to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom. We went to Pappa's Seafood. I have to say I did well. Even though I could have what I wanted, I played it pretty safe. I had a grilled shrimp caesar salad with a piece of garlic bread and iced tea with no sugar. Just eating that alone messed my stomach up...I was in the bathroom the rest of the evening!! lol It's weird...it didn't taste as good as I thought it would. I'm glad...that means my body really doesn't want it like I thought it did.

Ok, news about the audition...after 11 hours, yes 11 hours of sitting there waiting, I auditioned. I thought I did well, but they basically said they had enough singers and were looking for different acts. Of course they'd be saturated with singers, that's usually the talent people have. I felt like I wasted an entire Saturday for nothing. Houston was the last city for them to go to, so I'm thinking they got all the "singers" they needed. I think they were looking more for other types of talent like dancing, tricks, etc. It's all good though...I'll still probably be on t.v. b/c I was part of the group that waves to the camera when they pan to Houston. We were told each of us would be shown. Who knows, I'm going to watch to see if I can see myself. I guess that would be cool. I still may get on t.v. on the Bravo channel later this fall. A camera crew is following Shaun Kelley around and I'm supposed to sing at a dinner party at his house and it'll be recorded. Again, we'll see if it happens.
