Good Tuesday morning!
Boy am I tired from last night. I went to boxing and did ground and pound, boxing drills and muay thai kicks. I was so dirty by the end of the night, I could see the dirt coming off in the shower. Needless to say, the mats were pretty dirty. I got such a great workout though. I'm not really sore from it, just beat. I didn't get to bed till 11:45pm and I get up around 4:50am. I didn't get a lot of sleep. I'm going to bed early tonight. I'll probably either go back to boxing or do my yoga sculpt tonight. I'm still 100% on my eating...it's so much easier now to stick to it. I don't even want "bad" food. I feel very toned and tight...I really like that feeling. My hubby is looking great too...we'll have to do an "after" picture together so everyone can see. This week marks the end of the half-way mark. We've completed 6 weeks and only have 6 more to go. I'm not going to stop doing what I'm doing now, but we both have goals for where we would like to be at the end of the 3 months, so we'll see.

Good morning. I did a really good yoga sculpting workout last night. I felt so limber and strong after doing it. That's why I love yoga. Your arms and pretty much your whole body feels so tight and strong. Monday night I did the shoulders, biceps and triceps dvd from P90X. That felt great too!! Eating is still going great...no cheating. This is the first week of month 2...I can't believe how fast it's going. I'll weigh on Saturday morning...can't wait to see what the scale says. I've been getting a lot of comments from people at work and church...which of course makes me feel great! I really believe I'm going to get there this time. I may even go past my goal. I was told that after the first month, the pounds start to fly off the rest of the time. I'm hoping that's true. I like that I'm losing any of my initial muscle. I think that was happening last time I lost the weight. I will definitely post a picture when I'm done with everything...I gotta make it a surprise for all of you...so I'll keep you in suspense till June!1 ;)

Yea!!!! 3 lb. loss this week. I did my measurements last night and I lost at least an inch to an inch and a half on everything...legs, arms, waist, hips and bust. I couldn't be happier. I feel so strong right now. Last time I lost the weight, I think I was losing muscle also. This time, it's all fat. I feel so much tighter. It's such a great feeling!! My hubby is doing well also. So, for the first month, I've lost 14 lbs. and my hubby has lost 17 lbs.
Easter was a little difficult b/c I had to make a coconut cake for my family and of course there was tons of food...but, I didn't touch any of it. I ate the food I was supposed to have, and I stayed away from the candy...did I mention Easter candy is my favorite candy??? I had self-control. I feel too good to screw this up. I hope everyone else did well this weekend. I know how hard it is when you have family functions and food is all around you.
