went on shopping trip and did little walking

My trainer says I doing will saying on weight diet of veg and fruit diet and exercise walking four miles a day and tue and Thursday gym with trainer will good and sleeping a little better

My exercise was walking for four miles my back hurt a little but went away no problems

I took my walk my back give me a little trouble but it went away stop for breakfast and had scramble eggs and Pototatos Nothing more to report

I went on a five mile walk and stop and had breakfast at Rosie Provecho Grill where I had eggs Pototoes and one cu[ of coffee I continue my walk every thing was fine I had a slit back pain put it went away I will meation this to my doctor
