We were gone all weekend to Chicago to our son's hockey tournament and I ate terrible. I just ate because there was so much food. I had planned out my food pretty good, like yogurt. fruits and veges and water. but instead I ate everything I should not have. Everyone brings food and that seems to be all we do. Once I start I can't seem to find the willpower to stop.
I need help!!!!

Just beggining with this site...
Today I went in for my physical, I weighed 207 on a 5'3 1/2" frame. OUCH that scared me. My cholesterol is 189 which is good but the weight has to come off. Today I have had 1% cottage cheese with some nugget type fiber cereal in it and some coffee. The problem is this. No matter what I eat I am still starving. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I would so appreciate it if they do.
