Doing very well at recording and being accountable. Hubby had a fantastic loss of 2.4 pounds and I am down a pound. feeling great!!! needing to bump our carbs up to 40. Just to get more veggies in. Feeling like fat consumption can be tapered a bit. All in all...Feeling great and continuing the lo carb way of eating.

Planned Super bowl food that will fit into our way of eating and plan to enjoy the day. Got some snow clearing to do off the decks and walkways. Hubby is snow blowing the driveway. Frigid temps are to descend upon us for the next couple of days and snow could possibly be very heavy. Lets just say, we'll be active! Have a good day everyone!

recording everything I eat, but not nearly meeting the RDA...not much of an appetite and having a small surgery next week and kinda keeping my body in a state of rest. Super bowl is Sunday and I do have some lo carb goodies planned for us. Buffalo chicken, stuffed jalapenos and some brats!

To participate in the accountability challenge, it seems I have to weigh in daily. I DO NOT. There are times in my life the scale has no power over me and other times it messes with my head. I understand about how wild the body can fluctuate in weight...I just don't want to ride that rollercoaster....
But I am enjoying the challenge and being accountable!

logged my planned food for today. The accountability challenge is a good one. very positive supportive people! I very rarely have an appetite till later in the day and I was getting so bored of KETO. My husband is more dedicated. But I do all the shopping and food prep. He helps and does clean up! YAY! I have dieted my whole life...not just dieted....starved, binged, purged...you name it, I did it! I did not have a good relationship with food. I have come so far, because I used to be OBSESSIVE....now my relationship is more healthy.
I did take a little break from the restricted carbs and nothing really did it for me. I did enjoy a slice of bbq chicken pizza and it was quite good. Crust and all! I want to be supportive of my husband and I want to lose these last ten or fifteen pounds. I know I can do this! I do miss healthy carbs like beans and certain veggies and perhaps a tad of starch, like rice or potatoes.
Its grandkids day and They love Panda express. I have already logged some healthy choices and plan to stick with it. They eat incredibly healthy as my daughter has health issues that dictate what she can eat, so a portion of deep fried, sauced meats and chow mien or rice is an OK treat for them, once and awhile!
I am going to enjoy my day and be accountable for what I eat and be supportive to my husband and Have a blast with my grandkids! LIFE IS GOOD!
