I love eat fish. I eat four days in the week fish.
Specially in my lunch and my dinner.
I eat two fish fillets in my lunch with sweet potatoes and I eat 2 fish fillets with salads in my dinner.
the other day of the week I eat stew turkey or baked turkey with carrots or asparagus. And only one day in the week I eat chicken breast with lentils or chickpeas.
I also prepare fish soup. I like to pour cilantro and lemon drops
