Well, I think the RDI adjustment is hurting me especially with no physical activity. Plus I had a piece of pizza and some m&ms yesterday. As I have always said, carbs are just not for me! I told myself last night before going to bed, this will not derail my efforts to lose this last 20 pounds. Also, the weekends are harder than the week actually, enjoying time with my kids with movie night and other outings where good food choices are not really there hurts me. I can't even say no good food choices, popcorn is not bad in moderation, nothing is BAD in moderation. I did not go crazy with bad choices at all and remained accountable, I just know that any choice other than healthy for me will slow my progress. Onward and Upward!

Even with a handful of peanut butter m&ms and almost doubling my RDI (probably to where it should be) I had a loss of .6. Whoop. Happy to be back on FS and staying accountable.

I HAD A HANDFUL OF PEANUT BUTTER M&MS. THERE, I SAID IT. AT 96% RDI AND NOW FOR PLENTY OF WATER. HAVE A GREAT EVENING ALL!

RDI... Ok so I just WOKE UP to the fact that my RDI was set at 700 calories per day. Where did I ever get that? Maybe from almost 5 years ago right after surgery when I was on a liquid diet?
I recalculated it and it doubled. This scares me but I also know I was starving at the beginning of the week.
This scares me for my continued weight loss but we will see... I will concentrate on my protein/fat/carb percentages and see how the new RDI works out for me.

Have done great all week, working hard to make sure I get my water in, that seems to make a ton of difference in the scale every morning. January birthday celebration today, they had this awesome candy cake but thank goodness someone thought to bring fruit! I made it!!!
Movie night tonight with my girls, will make sure I have some yummy sugar free kool aid and very light snack for myself.
I am glad I started this on a Monday so that I could get myself adjusted before a weekend where the temptations are the greatest. TGIF
