Finally broke the 240 barrier that has been taunting me. The first 25 pounds is gone, now on to the second!

I feel like I'm really struggling to get under 240. I eat really well 6 days out of the week, but then lose my willpower on the 7th day. It is a case of lose 2 pounds, gain 1 back. I know the weight didn't come on overnight, but I'm having a hard time staying motivated. Sigh.
