I actually want to be an athlete if I'm honest with myself... been jumping 1500 skips with the rope for the last two days and went for a hike on Thursday. I'm loving this active life and how it makes me feel. Best part it takes my mind off wanting snacks. Happy Sunday!

Someone dropped a gem here, the first meal you should eat needs to be protein based. NOT a sweet breakfast...
Been doing that and I haven't been craving sweets things. And its not on my mind as much. Think this may be a game changer.

Post long weekend get away. I am again reminded howy eating habits hold me back. Need a reset and back to the basics... not discouraged I can absolutely do this. Goal is within reach just have to push to get closer and closer. Thanks to the people here who are all working on different goals and share their progress it helps the rest of us know it can be done! Have a healthy week.
