Drinking lots of water daily
To help make sure I drink plenty of water everyday, I fill 5 bottles with water (1 litre each) and keep in the fridge before going to bed. The next day I need to drink all five bottles throughout the day by the time I go to bed.
This way I know for sure that I met my goal of drinking 5 litres of water a day.
