tonights dinner: diced chicken breast, julienned carrot, roasted corn, red onion dressed with 1/2 mashed mini avocado, lime juice and garlic, couple dashes tobasco on romaine leaves 😋😋 so delish

I'm pretty sure this is water weight from all the wine I have been drinking. Going to focus shedding it off this week! no drinking for me this weekend! 😡

fell off the past two weeks, not as strict as i usually am but time to get back on track! two boiled eggs with cumin and tobasco, 2oz diced ham with mushrooms and half a small corn cob left over from yesterdays dinner.

26lbs down so far sincd march 12th 🙌 19 more for my first personal goal!! im shooting to reach it by July 4th.... LETS GET IT!!

half a spaghetti squash topped with lobster tail and peppers sauce made from 1/4 tsp garlic coconut oil and chicken stock...idk how many caloried but i went to the gym and my granfather surprised us with steamed lobster so why not!? 😋
