I had a beautiful moment of EMPOWERMENT last night.... I said NO. LOL. The mother of the family I work with sent me to get McDonald's for the kids (poor choice of food if you ask me.) I swore I wouldn't even eat ONE fry. I WON!!!! Hahaha. I have to say though... riding in the car with it right there was seriously painfully enticing. However, the bottom line is... in the battle of Kat versus the fast food... Kat ONE.... Food ZERO! muahahahaha :)
I've been doing really well today, trying to eat small low fat meals every three or four hours. Thus far I'm succeeding. I lowered my fat calories from yesterday and hopefully can keep it that way through the rest of the day.

wow.... so I'm doing pretty well today. I discovered a new delicious food. LOL. SoyJoy bars. My hubby and I were at the store and bought a couple... he thinks they taste like cardboard but I loooooove them. They are super high in fiber so I'm happy I've discovered a healthier alternative to the junk I normally eat. I'm surrounded by "kid food" at work... so I keep fighting the temptation to eat a box of fruit snack or some other kid food... hahaha. I know I can do it TODAY!!!!!
