Well, I havent been on in a long time! I got pregnant right after my last entry.... it's been a long road but I now have an amazing two month old baby girl! I'm ready to get in shape :) I've been struggling a lot the past couple months. After birth developed congestive heart failure due to a condition called Peripartum Cardiomyopathy. Its a heart condition that can develop after birth. As of now I'm doing very well and have no more restrictions on exercise! I do however have to follow a reduced sodium diet which is pretty hard... it seems all the low fat foods have more sodium than the regular fat foods... so I'm just trying to restrict my calories. I'm also breastfeeding so that complicates things even further! I'm going to stick with it this time! My husband is deployed and I really want to get back to my wedding weight of 195 lbs before he comes home... a surprise of sorts for him! YAY! I need some serious support so hopefully you all can help! Thanks!
