I am a 33 year old stay at home mom of five awesome kids. I am married to a wonderful man. He introduced me to the Atkins diet and changed my life forever.

For me it hasn't been about losing weight, as much as gaining self control. I used to have a handful of addictions that controlled my life. But I'm slowly peeling them off and finding freedom I've never felt before.

Since starting this way of life, I has started and stopped three times. But this time I'm here to stay. I've been feeling so good on Atkins, I decided I wanted to feel better. So I quite smoking. And I started excersicing. Kind of like a snowball in the right direction this time.
