Yesterday 52.7, today 52.4.
So I'm guessing that being around 1600-ish Kcal makes me lose weight. NICE! I'm not hungry, my binging self is just craving crap, but I'm staying strong.
Also all the lactose and sugar I've been ingesting lately has me gagging...
Finally been able to eat properly, gosh how I missed fresh vegetables!
I want to get back to the 51.5 I was 23 days ago, and get really serious until those final 50...
Btw, now that I've binged all of Dark and loved it, I'm also liking Another Life. I don't get the shitty reviews for that series?? u_u
Oh. Another random thought - I made an apple bread with oatmeal today. Not bad!
Tomorrow I will make something with cottage cheese, cos I've a lot of that (discount @ supermarket)...

Still very ok with maintenance fluctuation.
Need to get back into running, but today it's fucking 40C!!!! Crazy!

HAHHA 51.9Kg.
Yes, I know it's pretty much the same as 52Kg -- BUT: the mental high of being in the 51 range is amazing.
Also I lost weight when yesterday I ate around 1700Kcal. Meaning that with the level of work out that I'm at now (every day at least 20 mins of yoga, plus treadmill every other day), I could easily be consuming around 2000Kcal.
CHEESECAKE HERE I COME.
