just a quick note here...
sometimees when i try to lose weight i yo-yo...
its kinda annoying but from now on imma not weigh myself until the end of the week so at this point i am still 116 lbs.

Ugh! I'm kinda pissed at myself bc i totally SUCKED at eating healthy today... my mom offered to by pizza today and i was like oh my goshh yes!!! NEWAYS i totally went over my goal of low cal foods and lots of water and i spent all day sleeping so i did absolutely NO pilates which sucks and school hasnt started so sports isnt an option :(... I NEED MY BODY TO LOOK LIKE CASSEY HO'S!!!!!!!seriously look at it..

WOOHOOO! I just weighed myself in after writing that post and I lost two lovely pounds! I just hope I can maintain it :DDDD
