Hi, I'm Jennifer. I am a mother who has held on to the "baby" weight for way too long now. My baby will be two in august and I would love to be back to my pre-pregnancy size before/when that happens. This gives me a little over 20 pounds to go although i would love to surpass that even.My ultimate goal may be shallow but I would love to have the body Jessica Simpson had in Dukes of Hazard. I know the right things to do but I seem to stray away when things get too rough. I am determined to push myself harder to reach my goals. I know only action will get me the results I want and if that means everyday working hard to achieve that then That is what I need to do like it or not. I lost a great deal of confidence when I kept the pounds on after the baby and I really want that on top of the world feeling back. I am looking for anyone that would like to be a partner in losing weight and getting healthy with me .

oh what should i do?
thanks for all the advice i do plan on walking a lot during my trip my normal exercise routine is ex class for one hour and walk 2 miles ... I was thinking about adding a 2 mile morning walk while on vacation to make up for the 1 hr class im not going to be able to take. Im also going to stock up on things like fiber one bars and low fat hot dogs. as well as my sandwich and bagel thins.. there is a farmers market near by where i will be staying so i will hopefully be able to pick up some healthy but fresh and tasty fruit there Oh I am getting excited about the possibilities. eating fast food on the road might turn out to be my biggest challenge Smile

I forgot to add I will be in california for 10-12 days so foods that would be able to last would be nice =)

For vacation? In about a week I'm going to be headed to california for fourth of july .. I would really like to stay on my diet as I have been doing very well and would hate to see the numbers go up =( I will be able to check in my phone and get my calorie count in however we will be camping some of the time and I need advice for some food to buy while we are grilling etc? I also could use some snack food ideas to take with me so I am not at mercy of what evryone else is eating. I'm really nervous because I've never stuck to a diet while on vacation before usually I just let myself have whatever I want and when I'm back home the weight seems to go right back up. Also maybe some alcoholic drinks that are low cal as well so I can join in with the festitives thanks in advance =)
