Revamping my efforts. Depression is somewhat under control at the moment. It seems to be “better” when I’m alone. I’m lonely, of course, but less depressed.... weird. Working on being Zen. Life is suffering. 8 noble paths. All that.
Spent $49 on groceries last night. Meal prepped till 9pm. Today is day 1 of intermittent fasting. This app doesn’t let me scroll with my journal entry. :(

Breakfast today was SO good! It satisfied every single taste. Ugh! I want about 30 of them!!!!
Also, I have noticed that I’m not “hungry”.... it’s definitely something else. Hungry for fulfillment of some sort, but it isn’t caloric.

I’ve been asked to write down what I eat. And to really savor it while thinking about where the food came from, who grew it, packaged, processed and shipped it.... I hate that.
Every single thing that I eat is bullshit. It is highly processed food-stuff. Or, a person DIED so that I could enjoy some salty green chili... even the “salad’s” are grown with insecticide’s and have little nutritional value.
Why do I bother living?
