Day 4 Phase 1

It's Day 4 of Phase 1 but keep in mind I was "practicing" the week before.....It seems I've lost most (or all of the bloat)! I know it's only a little bit but I can feel the difference in my body. My pants aren't so tight as I sit at I feel just plain comfortable. I still have a dull headache going on....but I'm focused! No pain no gain. LOL

I just keep on reminding myself that my daughter is going to want to go to the beach and that means moi gettting into some form of bathing suit ....and voila...the cookie doesn't seem so tempting. Or to quote a friend "Nothing tastes as good as skinny". I wouldn't say I'm going for skinny but I'm going for not huffing and puffing when I walk and feeling good in my skin. I can't wait to hit 140! I don't even remember what that was like. But I will soon!!

I'm really excited to find this forum. I'm on day 3 of Phase 1 of the Fat Flush Plan. The week before I was tipping my toe into the waters...reducing my caffeine and sugar intake. I started a few days ago and I go between feeling really good and really crappy. I've been experiencing the headaches and yesterday the fatigue. BUT the bloat is going away (wow!)

I had to do something...my clothes seemed to be shrinking but you know and I know that it was all that chocolate and pasta filling up my pants. :)

I recently went through some old photos of when my daughter was born (she's 7 now) and I was thinner THEN than I am now..I mean a good 15 pounds heavier. I could probably live with it but I've been finding that I'm sluggish, that even though I'm not "obese" I have trouble tying mmy shoes and I get easily winded.

After a week of dipping my toes in the fat flush diet and 3 days of Phase 1, I felt good after eating a salad for lunch, I felt satisfied but not "ah man I'm full" find me a couch!

Very excited to put my progress out there and stay motivated to accomplish my goal.

Bring the veggies on!
